Terms of Use

Classic Fraggers is a free, fan-run community site and set of dedicated game servers. By using this site, connecting to our servers, or creating a forum account, you agree to the following.

1. The site and servers

Everything here - the website, the game servers, and the forum - is run by volunteers, for fun, at no cost to you. We do our best to keep things online and fair, but we make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or availability, and we can change, suspend, or shut down any part of it at any time.

2. Your account and conduct

If you register a forum account, you're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything posted under it. Follow the server rules when playing or posting. We can warn, mute, kick, or ban anyone - on a server or on the forum - for breaking those rules, at staff's discretion.

3. Your content

Anything you post to the forum (text, screenshots, clips) stays yours, but by posting it here you're giving us permission to display it on the site as part of the normal operation of the forum. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

4. No warranty

This is a hobby project, not a commercial service. The site and servers are provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. We aren't liable for lost time, lost progress, or anything else that comes from using them.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
