We keep this simple: Classic Fraggers collects the minimum needed to run the site and forum, and we don't sell or share it with anyone.
What we collect
- Forum accounts: a username, an email address (used only for verification and password resets), and whatever you choose to put in your profile, posts, or attachments.
- Basic site activity: lightweight, short-lived visit tracking (a small cookie, no personal details) used to power features like the "who's online" widget in the footer and overall visit counts. This isn't used to build a profile of you or track you across other sites.
- Game server connections: when you connect to one of our servers in-game, the game engine itself handles that connection (IP address, in-game name) the same way any multiplayer server would - that's between your game client and the server, not something this website stores.
How we use it
Strictly to run the site: logging you in, letting you post on the forum, showing live server/community stats, and occasionally emailing you about your own account (verification, password resets). We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for session login (staying signed in) and for the lightweight visit tracking described above. No third-party ad or tracking cookies.
Your data
You can update or remove most of your profile information yourself, or ask us via the Contact page to update or delete your account entirely.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone below the age required to use it in their country.
